Kate Read

Mrs. Read qualified as a primary school teacher in London, many years ago, after a music degree at Durham University. Since then, she has enjoyed teaching across the full primary age range both as a class teacher and as an English as an Additional Language teacher, at several schools in the UK, the European School in Brussels, the International School of Paris, and now BISB. She also spent a year volunteering in Palestine, and, while teaching, studied law to Master’s level. She loves learning, teaching, reading, playing the piano and exploring Belgium with her family.
